Beleggo checks e-invoices to the best of its knowledge against the bundled rule sets (including EN 16931, XRechnung and Peppol) and continuously reconciles its verdict with the official KoSIT validator. We cannot, however, guarantee that a validation result is correct or complete, or that an invoice reported as valid will be accepted by every receiving system or authority — recipients' validation profiles and rule sets vary and change. Responsibility for the invoice's content and for checking the result before sending remains with the user. Liability for damage arising from an incorrect, incomplete or missing validation result is governed exclusively by section 7 of our Terms.
