For suppliers in the Netherlands the supplier's address (ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress) MUST contain street name (ram:LineOne), city (ram:CityName) and post code (ram:PostcodeCode)
What does this rule mean?
A Dutch seller address is incomplete.
The Netherlands require the seller street name, city and post code.

Where the rule applies
Syntax: CII · UBL
The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.
