What does this rule mean?

In an Invoice line (BG-25) where the Invoiced item VAT category code (BT-151) is "Zero rated" the Invoiced item VAT rate (BT-152) shall be 0 (zero).

A calculation/amount rule: the figures it names must reconcile arithmetically.

Where the rule applies

Syntax: CII · UBL

The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.

The rule passes when this Schematron expression holds true:

ram:RateApplicablePercent = 0
