What does this rule mean?

If Invoice line period (BG-26) is used, the Invoice line period start date (BT-134) or the Invoice line period end date (BT-135) shall be filled, or both.

A calculation/amount rule: the figures it names must reconcile arithmetically.

Where the rule applies

Syntax: CII · UBL

The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.

(ram:StartDateTime) or (ram:EndDateTime)
