BR-CO-10

Sum of Invoice line net amount (BT-106) = Σ Invoice line net amount (BT-131).

What does this rule mean?

The sum of line net amounts (BT-106) does not match the total of the individual lines (BT-131).

The header total must equal the sum of every line net amount exactly.

BT-106
Sum of invoice line net amounts
BT-131
Invoice line net amount
Official rule message (standard)

Sum of Invoice line net amount (BT-106) = Σ Invoice line net amount (BT-131).

Where the rule applies

Syntax: CII · UBL

The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.

UBL

  • cac:LegalMonetaryTotal

CII

  • //ram:SpecifiedTradeSettlementHeaderMonetarySummation

Technical test

The rule passes when this Schematron expression holds true:

xs:decimal(ram:LineTotalAmount) = round(xs:decimal(sum(../../ram:IncludedSupplyChainTradeLineItem/ram:SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement/ram:SpecifiedTradeSettlementLineMonetarySummation/ram:LineTotalAmount)) * xs:decimal(100)) div xs:decimal(100)

How to fix it

Touches amounts, VAT or IBAN. We never change these automatically — correct them in your source data.

Check the line amounts against the total — Beleggo shows the computed delta. Amounts are never changed automatically.

Correct the affected entry in your XML, then re-check the invoice. Validation runs locally in your browser — your file never leaves your machine.
