PEPPOL-EN16931-R007
Business process MUST be in the format 'urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:NN:1.0' where NN indicates the process number.
What does this rule mean?
The business process identifier (BT-23) is not in the required form.
Peppol expects exactly 'urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:NN:1.0', where NN is the process number — that is how the receiver recognises the workflow.
Official rule message (standard)
Business process MUST be in the format 'urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:NN:1.0' where NN indicates the process number.
Where the rule applies
Syntax: CII · UBL
The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.
UBL
ubl-creditnote:CreditNote | ubl-invoice:Invoice
CII
rsm:ExchangedDocumentContext

A missing or incorrect business entry only you can supply. Add or correct it, then re-check.
Set the ProfileID to 'urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0' (the standard billing process).
Correct the affected entry in your XML, then re-check the invoice. Validation runs locally in your browser — your file never leaves your machine.
