Dutch organization identification numbers (0190) MUST be stated in the correct format (12345678901234567890).
What does this rule mean?
An identifier declared as a Dutch organisation identification number (OIN, scheme 0190) does not match the required format.
The scheme identifier promises the value comes from that register, so Peppol checks it: twenty digits. If the format is wrong the receiver cannot resolve the party.
