DE-R-T02
If both supplier and customer are located in Germany, BT-124 "External document location" must contain an absolute URL with valid scheme.
What does this rule mean?
When both seller and buyer are located in Germany, the external document location (BT-124) must be an absolute URL with a valid scheme.
The German Peppol authority temporarily carries the XRechnung rule BR-DE-T02 here: a receiver must be able to follow a link without guessing whether "www.example.com/invoice.pdf" means http, https or a file path. A URL without a scheme is not a reference a checking system may open.

A missing or incorrect business entry only you can supply. Add or correct it, then re-check.
Write the link in full, e.g. https://www.example.com/invoice.pdf — or attach the document (BT-125) instead of pointing to it.
Correct the affected entry in your XML, then re-check the invoice. Validation runs locally in your browser — your file never leaves your machine.
