The element "Payment account identifier" (BT-84) should contain a valid IBAN if code 58 SEPA is provided in "Payment means type code" (BT-81).
What does this rule mean?
For a credit transfer the IBAN (BT-84) is malformed.
When the payment means is a credit transfer, BT-84 must be a well-formed IBAN.
