The element "Deliver to post code" (BT-78) shall be provided if the group "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) is delivered.
What does this rule mean?
A deliver-to address is given but the deliver-to post code (BT-78) is missing.
When a separate delivery address is present, XRechnung requires its post code.
