The element "Deliver to city" (BT-77) shall be provided if the group "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) is delivered.
What does this rule mean?
A deliver-to address is given but the deliver-to city (BT-77) is missing.
When a separate delivery address is present, XRechnung requires its city.
