Any scheme identifier in MUST be coded using one of the ISO 6523 ICD list.
What does this rule mean?
A scheme identifier (schemeID) is not from the ISO 6523 ICD list.
Organisation identifiers carry a scheme saying which register is meant (e.g. 0088 GLN, 0204 Leitweg-ID). Only ISO 6523 ICD values are allowed.

Where the rule applies
Syntax: CII · UBL
The same rule, expressed twice: UBL and CII name the same fields with different paths. Running a CII file against the UBL rules is why you get errors that mean nothing.

A missing or incorrect business entry only you can supply. Add or correct it, then re-check.
Set a valid ICD code as the schemeID.
